We have a rich history in kidney care dating back 70 years and are now expanding our focus to include other vital organ therapies. Our goal is to provide greater flexibility and efficiency in therapy administration for care teams and longer, fuller lives for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow our current Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Business
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to develop sales opportunities
  • Identify and educate relevant clinical stakeholders
  • Communicate the benefits and features of our products to customers
  • Provide clinical expertise, educational development, product line utilization, and sales-related support
  • Maintain service levels for customers
  • Educate on Strategic Business Initiatives
  • Implement strategic plans as developed by the team
  • Reduce PD patient dropout
  • Optimize prescription management
  • Reduce hospitalizations
  • Provide and support nurse training
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure continuity of strategy and prioritization
  • Search for and coordinate all growth and therapy expansion opportunities with teammates (considering both PD and HD)
  • Understand the business, industry, and marketplace, including our competition, to achieve business goals
  • Travel – 50-60%

Requirements

  • Experience with Peritoneal Dialysis is a must, and experience with Hemodialysis (HD) is a plus
  • Active RN license required, Bachelor’s degree preferred or an RN with an Associate’s degree required
  • Good interpersonal, communicative, and oral skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to take a proactive approach utilizing available resources to address customer concerns and challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and matrixed organization
  • Able to comply with customer credentialing requirements to gain and maintain access to assigned facilities

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s license

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Knowledge of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis technologies
  • Ability to provide clinical expertise and education
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Pay

The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - $115,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
