Seeking a DevSecOps Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in overseeing complex software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design to implementation
- Ensuring compliance with standards and processes
- Personnel management, performance assessments, career development, and staffing
- Addressing program milestones and contract issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related fields
- At least 8 years of engineering experience
- Proven leadership in engineering-intensive programs
- Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation
- Experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
