The role involves designing scalable workflows, integrating APIs, and utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to optimize network provisioning and operations. Candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and automated network deployment at a remote location. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for deploying large-scale SD-WAN branch networks. Develop, test, and maintain reusable Terraform modules and templates to manage network architecture and policies. Write Python scripts and utilize vendor SDKs and REST APIs to automate interactions with SD-WAN controllers, orchestration tools, and IPAM systems. Integrate network automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins for continuous deployment and validation. Streamline onboarding processes for new branch hardware and virtual appliances through zero-touch provisioning (ZTP). Collaborate with network architecture, cybersecurity, and operations teams to translate traditional network designs into automated pipelines. Build telemetry, monitoring, and logging scripts to validate post-deployment network health and detect operational issues automatically. Troubleshoot automation workflows and network deployments, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions. Maintain documentation of automation processes, tools, and operational procedures. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to network automation and SD-WAN solutions.
