About the role
The Union County-Marysville Economic Development Partnership seeks a candidate to advance economic growth strategies and efforts for the fastest growing county in Ohio. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment focused on attracting and retaining jobs, payroll, and investment, leading management, educational and workforce partnerships, housing, and various economic development programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment focused on attracting and retaining jobs, payroll, and investment
- Lead management, educational and workforce partnerships
- Manage housing initiatives
- Oversee various economic development programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, public administration, city and regional planning, or other related field
- At least three years of professional experience in economic/business development or related fields
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, advanced manufacturing, IT and/or smart mobility technology (a plus)
Qualifications
Salary range $60-80K commensurate with qualifications and experience.
