About the role
The Development & Marketing Coordinator supports fundraising, donor relations, grantwriting, and promotional efforts for The Premiere Playhouse, a nonprofit educational community theatre organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with donor communications
- Prepare fundraising materials
- Maintain donor and sponsor records
- Grant administration
- Help coordinate campaigns and appeals
- Plan and support special events, including opening nights, donor receptions, and community outreach activities
- Ensure event logistics run smoothly
- Create marketing content for digital and print platforms
- Update the website and social media
- Collaborate with the team to execute marketing plans
Requirements

- Organizational and time-management abilities
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in nonprofit development, arts administration, or marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design or CRM software
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, engage with community partners, and represent the organization professionally
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Marketing, Communications, Arts Administration, or Business) or equivalent experience preferred
