Responsibilities
- Aid in pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, including formatting, editing, proofreading, and printing materials.
- Conduct research of prospective clients, industries, markets, and competitors.
- Assist with content creation for practice group descriptions, flyers, and other custom marketing materials.
- Provide on-the-ground support for local New York office business development events and conferences.
Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role in a law firm or professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Creative research skills, meticulous writing, proofreading and data entry skills, and capacity to interpret data.
- Technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office programs, including Copilot; InDesign skills a plus.
