Development Associate, Donor Engagement and Grants

Job Summary

The Development Associate, Donor Engagement and Grants supports Apple Tree Dental's fundraising and development efforts. This role involves coordination, donor stewardship, donor communications, and development administrative support.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate and manage donor engagement activities
• Provide donor stewardship and communication
• Maintain accurate and timely development records
• Aid in fundraising campaigns, grant activities, special events, and other initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in fundraising, grants management, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with donor management systems
• Knowledge of nonprofit regulations and compliance
