Development and Intake Supervisor

About the role

The OhioRISE Development and Intake Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for OhioRISE intake, transfers of care, and OhioRISE onboarding requirements and workforce support activities. This position collaborates with program leadership to improve operational processes that reduce administrative burden while enhancing care coordination service linkage to youth and families.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator through team meetings, regular communication, coaching, and supervision.
  • Oversee the OhioRISE care coordination intake and referral process to ensure timely and accurate linkage to care coordination in accordance with program requirements and established timelines.
  • Analyze management reports, workforce metrics, and electronic case records to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and operational needs in order to optimize workflow procedures.
  • Maintains oversight of all OhioRISE training documentation and reporting requirements necessary for audits, compliance reviews, and program oversight.
  • Supports planning and coordination of professional development activities, including scheduling speakers, organizing materials, tracking attendance, and coordinating logistics.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and professional ethical guidelines.
  • Travel within designated service areas.

Requirements

  • A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field is preferred.
  • Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination services or administrative support in a behavioral health setting is required.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in the behavioral health field required, preferably experience working with multi-system youth, or individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities is required.
  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems is required.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of community health & human service systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of high-fidelity wraparound services preferred (training provided post-hire).
  • Advanced communication skills, both oral and written is required.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and develop presentations.
  • Advanced organizational skills are required.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required.
  • An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required.
  • Ability to operate, receive and conduct on-camera video calls and/or meetings in an automated office environment is required.
  • Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required.
  • Ability to effectively operate in an Internet-based, electronic health record (EHR) and other data environments.
  • Ability to maintain high-speed internet connection is required.
  • Ability to maintain a minimum of 100mbps for high-speed internet connection is required.

Pay

$52,609.67 - $63,282.33 annually, based on experience, education and licensure.
