About the role
We are seeking a Development and Intake Supervisor for the OhioRISE program at Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator.
- Oversee the OhioRISE care coordination intake and referral process.
- Analyze management reports, workforce metrics, and electronic case records.
- Maintain oversight of all OhioRISE training documentation and reporting requirements.
- Ensure support planning and coordination of professional development activities.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and professional ethical guidelines.
- Travel within designated service areas.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education/Licensure: A high school degree or GED equivalent, a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination services or administrative support in a behavioral health setting, previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience working in the behavioral health field required, preferably with multi-system youth, individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Advanced communication skills, both oral and written; advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to maintain confidentiality; advanced organizational skills; ability to operate, receive, and conduct on-camera video calls and/or meetings; ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment; ability to effectively operate in an Internet-based, electronic health record (EHR) and other data environments; ability to maintain high-speed internet connection; ability to maintain a minimum of 100mbps for high-speed internet connection.
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Qualifications
- High school degree or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health, or related field preferred.
- Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination services or administrative support in a behavioral health setting.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working in the behavioral health field required, preferably with multi-system youth, individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.
