About the role

We are seeking a Development and Intake Supervisor for Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH). ISBH is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization serving Southeastern and Central Ohio. The position oversees intake, transfers of care, and onboarding requirements for OhioRISE, a program within ISBH.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator
  • Oversee OhioRISE care coordination intake and referral process
  • Analyze management reports and workforce metrics to identify trends and operational needs
  • Maintain oversight of OhioRISE training documentation and reporting requirements
  • Support planning and coordination of professional development activities
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and ethical guidelines
  • Travel within designated service areas
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Education/Licensure: High school degree or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field preferred
  • Experience: Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination services or administrative support in a behavioral health setting, previous supervisory experience preferred, experience working in the behavioral health field required, especially with multi-system youth or individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities, experience working within Electronic Health Record systems required
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of community health & human service systems preferred, knowledge of high-fidelity wraparound services preferred (training provided post-hire), advanced communication skills, both oral and written required, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required, ability to maintain confidential information required, advanced organizational skills required, valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle required, appropriate level of auto insurance coverage required, ability to operate, receive, and conduct on-camera video calls and/or meetings in an automated office environment required, ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment required, ability to effectively operate in an Internet-based, electronic health record (EHR) and other data environments required, ability to maintain high-speed internet connection required, ability to maintain a minimum of 100mbps for high-speed internet connection required
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer required, must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times required

Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field preferred
  • Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination services or administrative support in a behavioral health setting
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience working in the behavioral health field required, especially with multi-system youth or individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems required

Skills

Pay

The salary for this position is $52,609.67 - $63,282.33 annually, based on experience, education and licensure.
