Summary of Job

Development Administrators utilize modern platforms designed for rapid custom development and employ agile project management techniques. They succeed in this role by understanding how organizations operate, possessing the ability to identify how information should flow through a system, and owning a desire to create effective solutions that propel organizations ahead.

Responsibilities

  • Consult closely with stakeholders and end-users to gather and analyze software requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability standards
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using relevant programming languages and technologies
  • Participate in standardization of development processes and ensure that client projects are designed accordingly
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects and issues
  • Collaborate with team members and provide technical guidance and support

Additional Responsibilities

  • Database Development: Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL) and data modeling
  • Cloud Development: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services
  • Web Development: Proficiency in front-end and back-end web development technologies
  • Full-Stack Development: Competency in both front-end and back-end development technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a software or application developer (2+ years)
  • Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization’s tech stack (e.g., SQL, PowerApps, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle, and problem solving
  • A passion for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
  • Familiarity with version control systems and software development tools

Pay

$75,000 to $110,000 Annually

Schedule

  • Full Time, 40 hours a week
  • Salary paid on the 15th and EOM
