Responsibilities
- Aid developers in integrating Massive’s APIs and SDKs.
- Offer guidance and troubleshoot technical issues related to development, deployment, and functionality.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for self-service support.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize disruptions for developers.
- Provide feedback to enhance development tools and resources.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve recurring issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly, especially to non-technical individuals.
- Take ownership of projects and tasks, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developer support, software development, or a related field.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and client-side implementations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Understanding of HTTP methods, request/response structures, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with debugging tools for troubleshooting API issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on exceeding developer expectations.
- Experience engaging with developer communities and APIs.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
