Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for issues related to SharePoint and integration
• Escalate issues as needed
• Monitor platform health and manage integration between SharePoint and other systems
• Collaborate with development teams and internal stakeholders for enhancements and additional feature deployment
• Create SharePoint process documentation
• Manage security and compliance

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the following:
• - Technical knowledge of SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
• - Technical aspects of designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint solutions
• - Power Automate, Power Apps, and Office 365 integrations
• - The functional responsibility of understanding business needs and translating them into effective SharePoint solutions
• - Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
• - Applicable data privacy practices and laws

Education & Requirement

• Required:
• Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with two plus (2+) SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams integration with SharePoint
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and other Microsoft products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution

Preferred

• Experience in full cycle SharePoint online platform and implementations
• Experience in integrating SharePoint online with other products and enterprise solutions

Pay Range

$104,441.60 USD Annually - $137,841.60 USD Annually
