Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for issues related to SharePoint and integration
- Escalate issues as needed
- Monitor platform health and manage integration between SharePoint and other systems
- Collaborate with development teams and internal stakeholders for enhancements and additional feature deployment
- Create SharePoint process documentation
- Manage security and compliance
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the following:
- - Technical knowledge of SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
- - Technical aspects of designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint solutions
- - Power Automate, Power Apps, and Office 365 integrations
- - The functional responsibility of understanding business needs and translating them into effective SharePoint solutions
- - Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
- - Applicable data privacy practices and laws

Education & Requirement
- Required:
- Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with two plus (2+) SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams integration with SharePoint
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and other Microsoft products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
Preferred
- Experience in full cycle SharePoint online platform and implementations
- Experience in integrating SharePoint online with other products and enterprise solutions
Pay Range
$104,441.60 USD Annually - $137,841.60 USD Annually
