The Developer II - SharePoint is responsible for providing technical support for issues related to SharePoint and integration, escalating issues as needed, monitoring platform health, and managing integration between SharePoint and other systems. This role also involves collaborating with development teams and internal stakeholders for enhancements and additional feature deployment, creating SharePoint process documentation, and managing security and compliance.

Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications
- Two plus (2+) years of SharePoint Online experience
- Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams integration with SharePoint
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and other Microsoft products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, including technical aspects of designing, building, and maintaining solutions
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Office 365 integrations
- Understanding of business needs and translating them into effective SharePoint solutions
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in full cycle SharePoint online platform and implementations
- Experience integrating SharePoint online with other products and enterprise solutions
- Relevant Microsoft certifications

Pay
$104,041.60 USD Annually - $137,841.60 USD Annually
