SharePoint Developer

Location: Springfield, Virginia | Full-time, onsite

About the role

CALIBRE is an employee-owned, mission-focused solutions and digital-transformation company. We are seeking a TS/SCI-cleared SharePoint Developer to join our team in Springfield, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom SharePoint components (web parts, extensions, site templates) using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Develop and implement automated business processes with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP) via REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• Plan and execute migrations from on-premises SharePoint (2016/2019) to SharePoint Online.
• Configure site permissions, access controls, and data-integrity policies to ensure a secure collaboration environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Skills

• Technical Stack: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, C#, .NET.
• Platform Tools: Visual Studio Code, PnP PowerShell, Power Platform.
• Modern Frameworks: Deep SPFx expertise for client-side development in Microsoft 365.
• Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate (MS-600) and Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) highly valued.
• Problem-Solving: Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centric digital workplaces.
