DETAIL/ LOT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all detailing activities to ensure vehicles are clean, polished, and show-ready.
• Organize and maintain the vehicle lot, ensuring all cars are properly positioned and accounted for.
• Oversee lot inventory control and communicate vehicle availability with sales and service departments.
• Supervise and train detailing staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Schedule and prioritize detailing work to meet dealership demands and deadlines.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of lot equipment and detailing tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing, lot management, or related automotive roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
