Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Oversee customer service interactions, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.
• Ensure the lot is clean and organized at all times.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
• Handle inventory management for tools and supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in automotive maintenance or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
