Lot Attendant/Detailer

Essential Duties

• Delivery of new vehicles: Clean all new deliveries in a timely manner, with customer satisfaction in mind, apply products to vehicle that customer chooses.
• Perform inspections on new units from the Service department, preparing them units for lot display.
• Maintain a washing schedule to ensure all vehicles are display ready.
• Know how to safely use and maintain washing equipment
• Prepare all vehicles for lot with appropriate signage, stickers, license plate frames, window clings, etc.
• Aid with snow removal in inclement weather (shoveling, plowing, salting)
• Maintain cleanliness of dealership grounds
• Aid in the security of vehicles-checking locks, keying up and de-keying with sales staff daily
• Filling display holes on lot to maximize sales opportunity
• Maintain clean driving record and operate all vehicles safely at all times.
