Contract position based in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
- Support hardware deployments, reimaging, and break/fix tasks
- Perform password resets and workstation setups
- Upgrade software and troubleshoot hardware/network issues
- Support applications and interface with other teams
- Work with Windows computers, printers, and mobile devices
Requirements
- 5+ years of Desktop Support experience
- Experience with deployments and reimaging
- Hardware and network troubleshooting skills
- Support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, handhelds, and scanners
- Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory
Pay
$25.00 - $32.00/hour
