Desktop Technician

About the role

This is a Contract position based out of Nevada, MO.

Responsibilities

• Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows: Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, HP Printers
• Provide Standard and Local Software Support — Windows OS & Office suites, Linux, Lotus Notes DB
• Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory in a complex AD environment
• Interface with multiple support teams for client support and business support
• Maintain site dashboards for Computers, Printers, IT work tickets, & PC/Server Vulnerabilities

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment
• Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs

Qualifications

• Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology
• Combined experience with Linux Systems and Digital Transcription
• Cisco VOIP support experience for phones

• Excellent interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
