Desktop Systems Technicians II - Temporary to Permanent

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Temporary with potential to move to permanent after 12 months - fully onsite Monday through Friday with some on call 7 days every 6-7 weeks Responsible for several aspects of hardware and software support across the PC environment. Oversee a ticket queue for submitted problems and requests. Provide customer service and technical support to staff. Collaborate and work solo on various projects and initiatives within the IT environment. Assist in tracking and maintaining of IT solutions database. Salary Range: $23.71-$36.14 Salary Range Details The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health’s benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
