Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and respond to tickets on ServiceNow platform.
- Perform desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for Windows and Mac OS.
- Perform Active Directory management, create and manage user accounts, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure AD, Infoblox, WIFI Technologies, and Proofpoint.
- Maintain accuracy in monitoring and managing company's IT systems, including servers and networks.
- Provide technical guidance to end-users and recommend solutions to technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate's in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Experience in Windows 10/11.
- Experience in MAC OS.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365, Azure AD, On-Premises Active Directory systems.
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Infoblox, Wi-Fi Technologies, and Proofpoint.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
