Responsibilities
- Provide onsite deskside and remote support for end users
- Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Support Microsoft Windows environments and business applications
- Resolve Outlook, email, and user profile issues
- Troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and connectivity problems
- Support mobile devices and related technologies
