Desktop Support Technician
About the role
We are seeking skilled technicians to support a major healthcare system's lifecycle refresh upgrade project for enterprise-wide technology hardware. Essential qualities include general technical competency, strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain various technology devices including computers, Altus Carts, Zebra Printers, and iPhones.
- Participate in the lifecycle refresh upgrade process, which includes training.
- Interact with different technology types to ensure smooth transitions during upgrades.

Pay and Benefits
