What You’ll Do
- Provide sole onsite IT support to end users, including leadership, in a manufacturing and office environment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Deploy and maintain PCs, printers, and conference room A/V equipment
- Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
- Support IT projects and maintain equipment inventory
What You Bring
- 4-5 years of IT support experience (desktop, hardware, or network)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills in an enterprise level environment
- Experience with Windows environments and basic networking
- Ticketing System and Asset Management experience

Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
