About the role

This is a highly visible, front-facing role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to support executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop and end-user support for hardware and software issues
Respond to and resolve incident and service requests through ticketing systems
Support Microsoft Office Suite and backend Office environments
Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft Intune and Active Directory
Maintain office technology and remote management tools
Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 enterprise support
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and hardware
Follow standardized procedures to meet service objectives and deadlines

Requirements

5+ years of enterprise desktop support experience required
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or additional relevant experience in lieu of degree)
Experience supporting executive-level or VIP stakeholders preferred
Strong understanding of IT support processes and best practices
Excellent communication and professionalism in fast-paced environments
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tickets effectively

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
