About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on laptop/desktop repair experience who enjoy working independently in the field.
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55450. Job type: 5+ months contract with possible extension.
Responsibilities
- Perform break-fix repairs on Dell laptops and desktops
- Replace hardware components including: motherboards, LCD screens, hard drives, keyboards, PC peripherals
- Complete whole-unit swaps when necessary
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience
- Experience diagnosing Dell laptops and PCs
- Experience replacing motherboards and LCD screens
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
