About the role
The successful candidate will provide technical support to end-users, resolve hardware and software issues, and assist in maintaining a stable and secure IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and knowledge of operating systems and applications.
- Document and track incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as virus scans, updates, and backups.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of the network and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and familiarity with common IT tools and software.
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of common IT support tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus software).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
