About the role
The client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Open, update, and close support tickets in ServiceNow
- Windows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS
- Navigating and troubleshooting Active Directory
- "Managing users and computers"
- Knowledge of AV support for meetings and setting up Mac systems
- Experience imaging and installing Laptops and PCs
- Microsoft Intune experience - Managing users and devices
- Office 365 - Troubleshooting experience
- Must have ability to stand, bend, stoop, and/or kneel for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience providing onsite desktop support
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Windows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS
