About the role
Join our client’s team onsite in San Francisco, CA as a Desktop Support Technician and provide end-user support.
Responsibilities
- Device scanner installation
- Computer and tablet configuration
- Peripheral device wire management
- Test installed devices
- Track installed devices
- Perform sign off on completed site
- Place equipment removed in boxes for shipment and refurbishment and return to stock
- Perform workstation configuration
- Manually add scanners
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Printer installation experience
- Attention to detail and able to adapt in a changing environment
Pay
The rate for this position is between $24.75 - $33.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
