About the role

This position offers 13 weeks of training and support.

Responsibilities

  • Read and write technical documentation
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer equipment

Requirements

  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Ability to read technical documentation
  • Ability to write technical documentation
  • Prior experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Computer systems, a related field OR 1:1 equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of computer equipment (preferred)
  • IT Support in Healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Windows 10 & 11 (preferred)

Skills

  • MD 100 and 101 or newer
  • CompTIA A+
