About the role
This position offers 13 weeks of training and support.
Responsibilities
- Read and write technical documentation
- Provide technical support to customers
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer equipment
Requirements
- 1-2 years related experience
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Prior experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Computer systems, a related field OR 1:1 equivalent experience
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of computer equipment (preferred)
- IT Support in Healthcare experience (preferred)
- Experience with Windows 10 & 11 (preferred)
Skills
- MD 100 and 101 or newer
- CompTIA A+
