Site Support Technician Location: Peoria, AZ (Multiple Sites)Type: 6-Month Contract-to-HirePay: $28-$29/hr (W2)Conversion Salary: Approximately $60,000 annually (based on experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm ETWork Environment: Onsite 5 days per weekWe're looking for a Site Support Technician to join a growing IT team supporting multiple healthcare locations throughout the Philadelphia area.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with end users and solving technology issues in real time. You'll support clinical and administrative staff, troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software problems, and serve as a trusted local IT resource across multiple sites.Reliable transportation is required, as travel between locations will be part of the role. What You'll Be Doing Provide onsite IT support for clinic and office staffTroubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and workstation issuesSupport nurses, physicians, and administrative teams with day-to-day technology needsResolve support tickets and document solutions appropriatelyInstall, configure, and replace end-user devices and equipmentTravel between local facilities to provide technical support when neededSupport user onboarding, equipment setup, and general desktop support activities What We're Looking For 3+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk experienceExperience providing hands-on support directly to end usersFamiliarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNowStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systemsExcellent customer service and communication skillsReliable transportation for travel between sitesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
