Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and end-user technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and support Windows desktops and laptops.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access-related issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Perform desktop deployments, upgrades, imaging, and hardware replacements.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.
- Use ticketing systems to document, track, and resolve support requests.
- Provide remote and onsite support to users and clients.
- Work in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients and priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Desktop Support or IT Support experience.
- Strong experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration.
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of networking, VPN, DNS, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with remote support and ticketing tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management tools.
- Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Experience with RMM and PSA tools.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
