Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work across complex organisational silos to build and maintain a holistic view of the client environment.
• Partner with business unit account teams and leadership to understand customer demand, forecast work, and shape prioritisation strategies.
• Lead planning and coordination of client-level activities for large-scale migration or upgrade efforts, ensuring seamless execution.
• Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, defining and communicating dependencies, risks, and work sequencing.
• Provide oversight and guidance to engineers on configuration approach, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements, reducing manual effort, and enhancing workflow coordination.

Requirements

• Proven ability to work across complex organisational silos.
• Experience partnering with business unit account teams and leadership.
• Strong leadership in planning and coordinating client-level activities.
• Ability to act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional teams.
• Experience in providing oversight and guidance to engineers on configuration.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, communicating status, risks, and priorities to technical and non-technical audiences.
