Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a desktop support or IT consulting role.
• Expert knowledge of SCCM, imaging, Citrix, and Windows 10.
• A professional certification such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or COMPTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• A customer-focused approach, with the ability to provide high-quality technical support and consulting services.
• The ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
• A passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the tech services industry.
