Responsibilities
- Deploy and Migrate Desktops and Notebooks
- Windows Desktop Support
- Resolve issues related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application DELMIAWORKS (IQMS)
- Maintain Microsoft 365 & Active Directory Administration
- Cybersecurity & Network Troubleshooting
- Prepare new hardware for integration into customer datacenters
- Monitor critical applications and IT Infrastructure components
- Other Independent Project Management as assigned
- On-site consulting trips as needed
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Requirements
- Proficient Networking: TCP/IP, Routing Principles, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge Of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server
- VMware vSphere
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience
- Experience with Windows Client Operating Systems
- Endpoint Protection/Anti-Malware applications knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server
- Experience with VMware vSphere
