Desktop Support

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mont Belvieu, TX.

About the role

Deploy and support network equipment at field locations, following guidelines provided. Support end user devices, applications and consult with business needs to provide the proper solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strong customer service and communication
• Desktop software troubleshooting
• Windows 11 experience, upgrades, and feature updates
• Microsoft Office application installation and troubleshooting
• Hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Network communications and LAN/WAN technologies
• Racking and stacking equipment
• Cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc.)
• Project lead and organizing project tasks

Qualifications

Intermediate-level experience required.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
