About the role

This is a Contract to Hire position based in Mc Lean, VA, requiring an intermediate-level IT professional to provide technical support, manage IT equipment, and resolve hardware/software issues for a client workforce. The role is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service while fulfilling IT customer requests or resolving IT customer problems.
• Respond to requests for technical support in a timely, professional manner and facilitate immediate resolution when possible.
