Desktop Support – Long‑term onsite position based in Salem, VA. Candidates must be local to the Roanoke/Salem, VA area and work onsite daily, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm (no exceptions).

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Desktop products (Windows, SharePoint, MS Office, Office 365, MS Teams) – 5 years
• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools and managing desktop, laptop, and wireless devices – 5 years
• Effective verbal and written communication with individuals and groups – 5 years
• Experience using help‑desk request tracking and reporting tools – 5 years
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a “customer first” attitude – 5 years
• Providing computer training for field staff – experience desired

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of computer and mobile device applications and their operation in an enterprise environment
• Experience creating training documentation
