Desktop Support

About the role

SAIC is hiring for a Desktop Support specialist to provide support for multiple projects. Must have great communication and Desktop experience supporting Corp environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs if needed.

Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing and upgrading PC equipment and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and repair computer software, hardware, and network configurations
• Provide technical and user support for PC components, mainframe networking, and LAN-based systems
• Support may be internal or external client-focused

Qualifications

• AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; or High School and five (5) years related experience with relevant certification
• Must be able to pass a 4-panel drug screen

Pay

Target salary range $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
