Hourly Rate: $28–29/hr
Salary upon conversion: $60k (contingent upon experience)
Schedule
- On-site 5 days a week
- Standard hours: 8 am–5 pm Eastern
- Reliable transportation required for travel between sites

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Provide support directly to nurses, clinic staff, and doctors through ticket resolution
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, working on-site with users
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
