Responsibilities
- Help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.
- Work as part of an enterprise team to provide support on multiple Department of War (DoW) networks and enclaves.
- Manage services using on-premise hardware and perform regular hardware and software updates.
- Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on laptops, desktops, and Zero Clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Tier 1 & 2 support.
- Deliver technical support to the Enterprise components as required.
- Implement system management tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP).
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, Associate degree with 4 years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.
- Basic Skills/Experience: 2+ years in at least three of the following areas: VDI, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, Information Security, Desktop applications. 2+ years configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows 11 Desktops.
- Ability to support a 24x7x365 work schedule, shift work, and travel as required in support of customer initiatives when required.
- Knowledge of Networking fundamentals.
- Exposure to DoW Configuration Management, Information Assurance, and Systems Lifecycle Management processes.
- Create and update lifecycle documentation as required.
Required Certifications
- Security+ CE Certification required; DoD compliance 8570.01.
Location
On Customer Site. US Citizenship: Required.
Desired Skills
- Position may require lifting of objects (i.e., IT Hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (i.e., plugging in cables), and other moderately strenuous activity.
- Self-starter, motivated, shows initiative, and learns fast.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create and maintain sustainment documentation.
Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
