Desktop Support Analyst

Description looking to bring on an Desktop Support Analyst. This role is open as they are having folks retire. This person will be deployed locally around Tallahassee to different city offices to assist with imaging devices, troubleshooting devices, as well as supporting PC rollouts and refreshes. This role will have some overlap with Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Intune. They are mainly on Dell PC's however they do have some older HP's. Currently there are quite a few rollouts, typically they conduct roll outs and refreshes twice a year. (400 devices would be the smallest roll out). looking for someone who can hit the ground running. They also need someone with experience troubleshooting network infrastructure to see if the issue is within the infrastructure or the devices. Any experience installing applications would be helpful. In total, the city supports 4,000 end users.
