Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support at regional satellite locations, including educational facilities.
- Diagnose and repair PC, laptop, and peripheral hardware at the component level.
- Assist other technical teams with break/fix ticket overflow, which may include entering patient facing areas.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of PC and printer hardware with the ability to perform basic diagnostics and repairs.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Experience supporting HP printing and computing products is highly desirable.
