Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform investigative research on a variety of social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and several others.
- Conduct searches with local courts, state courts, federal courts, tax assessors, county clerks’ offices, department of motor vehicles, and a wide variety of other agencies.
- Review case notes and special handling instructions to ensure proper investigation is completed.
- Communicate with management regarding investigative findings and handling of assignments.
- Prepare a written report with summary and analysis of investigative findings in a timely, accurate, consistent, and unbiased written report.
Requirements
- Be highly motivated and possess the ability to work under little supervision.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage time, organize multiple projects, and understand directives.
- Achieve excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hold a valid state issued ID.
- Pass a drug test and pre-employment testing.
