Key Responsibilities
- Drive the successful implementation of HOK's Design Technology initiatives within the regional practice.
- Improve project delivery quality and efficiency through the strategic use of design technologies and BIM processes.
- Support project teams with BIM planning, project setup, technology configuration, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure consistent application of HOK technology standards while addressing regional project needs.
- Build technical capabilities across the practice through training, mentoring, and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline is required, along with at least eight years of progressive experience in BIM, 3D modeling, design technology, or related project delivery technologies.
- Prior experience leading BIM management initiatives and supporting project teams is preferred.
- LEED Accredited Professional or Green Associate credentials are preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms and best practices.
- Expertise with Revit is required.
- Proficiency with design and analysis tools such as Rhino and other similar tools.
- Experience configuring and supporting design software environments.
- Knowledge of remote computing environments and collaboration technologies is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of sustainability principles, integrated design, and LEED guidelines.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support project teams in a fast-paced environment.
