About the role

Closet Factory is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Design Consultant. Located in St George, UT, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with clients and help transform their homes into organized, aesthetically pleasing spaces. With over 37 years of experience, we are currently experiencing significant growth in the home improvement sector of Southern Utah.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their organization and aesthetic needs - Create and design custom closet solutions for clients' homes - Present design ideas and solutions to clients - Manage the sales process from initial consultation to closing the sale - Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of home improvement related sales and/or design experience - Trainable and coachable - Results-oriented - Creative and collaborative - Basic computer skills - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills - Reliable transportation

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in interior design, home organization, or related field preferred - Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

- Strong visual and spatial awareness - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in using design software and tools
