Design Engineer, Powersports

About the role

Responsible for developing functional prototypes of ATV/SxS vehicles, applying new technologies to meet business goals, and ensuring global vehicle quality.

Responsibilities

• Design component and system layouts using CAD, communicate specifications through drawings, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Optimize designs to meet cost targets and manage project schedules.
• Contribute ideas for technological innovation and support market quality initiatives through root cause analysis and specifications development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with experience in automotive or Powersports preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills including FTA, FMEA, tolerance analysis, and CAD.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and operate confidentially.
