Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
- Assist clients with furniture, accessories, and design selections
- Generate and manage business through CRM follow‑up
- Present product recommendations and pricing
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Follow up before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience required
- Furniture, interior design, or home furnishings experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (store closed Sundays)
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
