Design Associate

About the role

Join Tilson Homes as a Design Associate in Weatherford and lead customers through design appointments, helping bring their dream homes to life. This role is vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the color selection process and accurately document their selections.
• Engage and welcome potential customers at our Design Center.
• Provide guidance and answer customer inquiries about customization options.
• Maintain the Design Center and models in top condition, representing our business professionally.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a respectful manner.
• Keep accurate and current customer information for our Sales team.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt construction start times for our customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Completed designer education course or certification is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for the homebuilding industry.
• Bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Pay

$22.50 per hour.
